BRIDAL WORKOUT
Your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life. A bride prepares for months, if not years for this one day. In addition to losing weight, this workout is designed to strengthen and tone your muscles so you can look and feel your best on this important day.
The best way to help get your weight down is to increase your cardiovascular exercise. This will help you burn more calories and fat and help to reduce the overall amount of body fat that you have. While working on reducing your overall body fat you can start to strengthen and tone your muscles to help you look your best in your wedding dress. You should plan on a minimum of 30-45 minutes per day, four days per week of cardiovascular exercise. Your goal should be one hour per day, five days per week. Strengthening exercises are in addition to this cardiovascular exercise.
Strength exercises should be done 3-4 days per week for 8 to 12 weeks prior to your wedding day. You will love the results and feel beautiful and confident on your big day!
Do 2 sets of 10 to start the first 2 weeks. Increase to 2 sets of 20 after 2 weeks.
